Select high-density polyethylene (HDPE) particles as the main material, and 30% - 50% of recycled HDPE particles that have been screened and cleaned can be mixed. Add additives such as anti-UV agents, outdoor-grade color masterbatches, antioxidants, and lubricants. Mix them in a high-speed mixer at a rotation speed of 800 - 1200 rpm for 5 - 8 minutes. When the humidity is high or recycled materials are used, it is necessary to dry them with hot air at 70 - 80°C for 2 - 3 hours.
Use a single or twin-screw extruder (with a length-diameter ratio of 28 - 32:1 and a compression ratio of 3:1), and control the temperature of each section. For the extrusion of plates, use a hanger-type flat die head. Cool and shape the plates through a three-roll calender. For the extrusion of profiled materials, use customized molds, and shape them with a vacuum shaping table. Use a crawler-type traction machine to synchronize the traction, and control the fixed-length cutting with a laser rangefinder or encoder, leaving a machining allowance of 5 - 10mm.
Use a CNC machining center for milling and drilling, and polish by hand. You can choose sandblasting, wood grain transfer, or spraying for surface treatment to improve the appearance and performance.
Pre-treat the components and install embedded parts. Position them with customized fixtures, and use screws, snap connections, or hot air welding, and strictly control the torque. Conduct pre-assembly tests for load-bearing capacity and dimensions to ensure quality.
Test the physical properties such as load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and weather resistance. Visually inspect the appearance to ensure there are no defects such as bubbles, color differences, and scratches.
Isolate the components with EPE pearl cotton or bubble film, and put them into customized compression-resistant cartons. Paste labels containing product information and associate with the production batch. Store them in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, and stack them in a standardized way.
